About the position

The Customer Service Management (CSM) Workspace is developing the application that enables customers to provide service and support for their external customers through communication channels such as web, email, chat, telephone, and social media. Our engineers are focused on design, development, customer support and collaboration with platform and other CSM industry engineering teams. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable UI code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes. You will work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users. You will also contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable UI code.
  • Enforce best practices around software engineering architecture and processes.
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements.
  • Own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery.
  • Design software that is simple to use for customers.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features.
  • Enhance the existing product suite.
  • Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
  • Focus on highly reusable and modular UI/UX frontend components.

Requirements

  • Strong design, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development with JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.
  • Passion for JavaScript and building reusable, component-driven architectures.
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
