Responsibilities
- Lead and execute advanced development tasks for both frontend and backend, using .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Provide technical guidance, solution validation, and architectural leadership on complex projects.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead, Manager, Architects, Cloud Engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and establish technical standards.
- Analyze existing applications for performance improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Mentor associates, mid-level developers, and new team members.
- Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior role focusing on .NET and JavaScript technologies.
- Proven track record of successful project execution in a team-specific context.
- Experience building native cloud applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Microsoft AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals Certification (must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment if not current).
- AZ-204 Certification (must be obtained within first six months of employment if not current).
- Excellent communication skills in articulating complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional analytical skills for problem-solving.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms for legacy application support.
- Experience with TypeScript for type-safe code development.
