Responsibilities
- Build robust, data-rich systems that simplify complex compensation processes at scale.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver value to users.
- Participate in ideation, scoping, and execution of projects within the R&D organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience, ideally using modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- At least 2 years building data-intensive applications.
- Strong product intuition to guide technical decisions based on customer needs.
- Execution-driven mindset with a bias toward action.
- Adaptability in ambiguity and comfort with prototyping.
- Collaborative working style with a focus on delivering user value.
