Responsibilities

  • Build robust, data-rich systems that simplify complex compensation processes at scale.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver value to users.
  • Participate in ideation, scoping, and execution of projects within the R&D organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience, ideally using modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
  • At least 2 years building data-intensive applications.
  • Strong product intuition to guide technical decisions based on customer needs.
  • Execution-driven mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Adaptability in ambiguity and comfort with prototyping.
  • Collaborative working style with a focus on delivering user value.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at B2B SaaS companies, especially during periods of rapid growth or platform expansion.
