About the position
This position requires the candidate to be available to work in person in our Atlanta office. We come in 3 days per week, but support flexibility as needed. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not currently able to sponsor work visas. Responsibilities
- Lead architectural decisions and technical direction across the full technology stack
- Design and implement scalable end-to-end solutions
- Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices for both frontend and backend
- Architect database schemas and API designs
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews
- Drive continuous improvement in our development processes
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Build complex features across the entire stack
- Implement robust frontend state management solutions
- Design and optimize REST APIs and database queries
- Develop scalable backend services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Implement security best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
- Guide sprint planning and technical discussions
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Help establish and maintain development processes
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies
Requirements
- Deep expertise in full-stack development and architecture
- Expert-level knowledge of React and React Native
- Strong proficiency with C# and .NET Core
- Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Extensive experience with SQL and database design
- Experience with cloud services (preferably Azure)
- Strong understanding of API design and REST principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Proven track record of leading complex feature implementations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with microservices architecture
- Advanced SQL query optimization and database design
- Experience with NoSQL databases
