Senior Software Engineer

About the position

You will develop, integrate, debug and maintain the Wireless Network Optimization solutions. Architect, develop, and deploy the next-generation Cloud-Native RAN automation and optimization solutions. Participate in definition of architecture and implementation of RAN Optimization algorithms (Heuristics & ML). Perform Functional and Performance analysis on production-deployed algorithms.

• Architect, develop, and deploy Cloud-Native RAN automation and optimization solutions.
• Participate in definition of architecture and implementation of RAN Optimization algorithms.
• Perform Functional and Performance analysis on production-deployed algorithms.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of working experience in wireless operator's network or wireless solution providers.
• Experience with ORAN SMO and/or RIC development, design and implementation.
• 2+ year experience of 4G/5G cSON development and implementation.
• Experience with AI/ML toolkits such as Tensor flow, Mllib, H2Oai, Kubeflow etc.
• Experiences with LTE, 5G NSA (Non-Stand alone), 5G SA (Standalone), RAN technology.
• A Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems.
• High Expertise in Python is a MUST.
• Very Good experience in working with SQL database (SQL queries, Procedures, etc).
• Experience in GO and C++ is a plus.
• At least 5 years of software development experience on Linux Platforms.
• Experience in developing cloud-native containerized micro-services, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Design and development experience using REST APIs in a client-server architecture.
• Experience with managed Kubernetes services such as Google's Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Amazon's Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), RedHat OpenShift, WindRiver Cloud platform, Robin.io cloud platform.
• Experience on managing and developing cloud-native containerized micro services, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
