About the position

Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer (CM3) to join our intel team. This candidate will be responsible for SW Configuration Management of third-party OEM and USG HPC software stacks and firmware using GitLab.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of all review boards, managing change requests and defects from creation to completion; making sure code changes are implemented into the software code following configuration management processes.
  • Create and maintain configuration baselines across multiple systems in multiple locations.
  • Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental system.
  • Implement version control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with software teams to maintain, validate, and audit processes and procedures in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and software integration framework.
  • The candidate must have the ability to become a certified Data Transfer Agent (DTA)

Requirements

  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • Eight (8) years' experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required
  • A Masters' degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6)
  • Four (4) years of additional DM experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • If assigned to a developmental program: One (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program of similar scope and complexity is required
