Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and adoption.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product and technical requirements that align with both technical feasibility and business goals.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and review meetings to ensure smooth execution and alignment with product objectives.
• Evaluate and select the best solutions by balancing trade-offs, feasibility, and opportunities for innovation.
• Continuously track product performance, maintain clear technical documentation, and ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Developer or strong programming experience necessary.
• Experience in related roles in a B2B SaaS environment; experience with Integrations and Partnerships is a huge plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders and manage Enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business partnerships to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; MBA is highly desired.
• Availability to work onsite 4 days a week at our Somerville office.
