Responsibilities
- Lead and champion user research, usability testing, and persona development to ensure user insights and business needs inform strategic design decisions.
- Define and communicate user flows, wireframes, and design strategies to align with product and business objectives.
- Deliver pixel-perfect, visually compelling interfaces, including typography, iconography, and graphic elements.
- Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate complex user interactions and concepts.
- Architect seamless navigation and structure to enhance the overall user experience.
- Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional teams, ensuring design excellence is upheld throughout development.
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems to drive consistency across all platforms.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to junior designers, fostering a high-performance design culture.
- Present design concepts, articulate rationale for design decisions, and advocate for best-in-class user experience principles at all levels of the organization.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously pushing the boundaries of excellence.
