About the position
At True Food Kitchen, we are looking for vibrant, true, fun, and creative individuals to join our team as servers. Our servers play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. We have AM/PM and mid-day shifts available, with part-time options up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection.
- Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs.
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings.
- Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
- Deliver food and beverage orders to standard.
- Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests.
- Provide exemplary service, including refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Be flexible during shifts to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
- A few years of experience in a fun, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends.
- A commitment to amazing service and offering the best hospitality.
