About the position

Gabrielli Liberty Truck Sales Inc, a Class 8 truck dealership, is currently seeking to fill a position in our Service Department as a Service Manager. This role involves delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure that the team's objectives and sales goals are met. The Service Manager will handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers. Additionally, the Service Manager will assist with or perform administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory. The Service Manager will also monitor department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues. Auditing work and customer service is essential to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives is crucial for success in this role. The Service Manager will help train new employees in company procedures and maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations while remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
