About the position
Join an engineering team dedicated to developing real‑time automation solutions from the plant floor through enterprise systems. You’ll leverage a broad toolset—PLC/PAC programming, HMI/SCADA design, network and database architecture, vision systems, machine safety, motion control, and high‑level software development—to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, program, debug, test, and commission real‑time control and information solutions
- Collaborate on concept development during all project lifecycle phases
- Produce detailed engineering documentation (traceability matrices, case studies, project notes)
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Develop methodologies for complex problem solving and share best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with one or more of the technologies listed above
- Strong proficiency in text‑based programming and object‑oriented design
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to follow established models and develop new methodologies
- Self‑starter who thrives in team environments and actively seeks learning opportunities
- Detail‑oriented, conscientious, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
