Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in developing scalable, mission-critical mobile applications, while mentoring and guiding team members
- Design and implement robust technical architecture that shapes user experience, investigating new approaches and prototyping new technology to ensure technical feasibility
- Drive innovation and development of key system features, working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions against strict timelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to transform customer engagement through AI-driven experiences, demonstrating strong product ownership and technical excellence
- Lead maintenance and scaling of high-volume applications while ensuring exceptional quality standards, driving technical decisions that balance innovation with practical implementation in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience developing production-quality mobile applications.
