About the position
APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Work directly with the process owners, project implementation, developers, ServiceNow, product vendor, production support team and multiple Infrastructure teams. Provide in-house expertise in the matters of technical implementation, end-to-end system landscape, and application integration. Responsible for the design and delivery of features that improve the speed and quality of service provided by various service organizations at Apple. Responsible for planning, designing, requirements gathering/clarification, communication, process and technical improvements. Collaborate with other engineers on code reviews, internal infrastructure, and process enhancements. Work with project managers and technical teams, in a multi-functional environment, to implement quality products that meet the business goals. Understand business requirements for ServiceNow. Architect integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, Email and several in-house applications and technologies. Participate in sizing the application for future growth and scalability. Perform technical configurations, application maintenance, and house-keeping activities. Design security of the application and own data security function. Trouble-shoot technical issues related to Service Now application configuration and other technical issues. Find opportunities to improve the platform. Understand the large scale thinking and apply the same for designing solutions. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,800 - $237,500/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 1 year of experience with Javascript.
- 1 year of experience with HTML/CSS.
- 1 year of experience with ServiceNow development.
- 1 year of experience with Data modeling.
- 1 year of experience with Automated testing framework.
- 1 year of experience with REST APIs.
