About the position

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. The candidate will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Additionally, the candidate will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Pega, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PVA, Power BI), Alteryx, Kofax, UI Path, Gen AI, Agentic AI.
