Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in regular code reviews while mentoring and training team members on design techniques and coding standards.
  • Lead the design of major software components, systems, and features.
  • Synthesize design and development by envisioning the system architecture and implementing cutting-edge GUI/UI concepts from storyboards and wireframe designs.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, clinicians, product managers, and peers to shape simple and effective user experiences, influencing the future of design.
  • Work closely with Clinical Engineering, Human Factors, UX Design, System Software, and Visualization teams to implement versatile solutions to complex front-end development challenges while keeping the end user in mind.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent or related field.
  • 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer - GUI-related occupation.
