Software Engineer III

About the position

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to develop and maintain internal web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end engineering, with a focus on creating efficient and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal web-applications and microservices

Requirements

• Strong expertise in React framework
• Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript frameworks
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS3
• Good experience creating and using RESTful APIs
• Good experience writing automated tests
• Good experience with RDBMS and NoSQL
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years (or) a MS in Computer Science and 5+ years of software design and both back-end and front-end engineering experience

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with Express.js framework
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Familiarity with Design Patterns
• Experience with JWT and related standards
• Experience leveraging SOAP APIs
• Experience with OAuth and SAML
• Experience leveraging GraphQL APIs
• Experience with other languages, such as Python, C#, or Java is a plus
