Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Python to support internal engineering workflows.
- Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using modern UI/UX frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) tailored for Engineering, Quality, and Product teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into efficient, user-friendly applications.
- Implement robust APIs and microservices for seamless integration across internal tools and systems.
- Leverage cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications with high availability and performance.
- Apply modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
- Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies, including LLMs and AI-assisted development tools, to enhance productivity and innovation.
Requirements
- Strong programming experience in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python.
- Proficiency in front-end development using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of software design principles, agile development, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Passion for and ability to build tools that improve developer productivity and internal user experience.
