About the position

The position involves constructing comprehensive test plans that outline the scope, objectives, resources, schedule, and activities necessary for effective testing. The role requires performing manual functional and API testing, configuring and maintaining test environments and network configurations, and developing an automation framework across different environments. The candidate will ensure timely integration and regression testing during component or system turnover, and will use WCAG 2.0 industry standards to test for ADA compliance. Additionally, the role involves utilizing JSON and XML formatted data files and service payloads to create mock services to reduce data dependence testing using server mock and shell apps. The candidate will also use Splunk to create, manage, and retrieve test data for different profile segments, analyzing machine-generated data to identify failures. Developing and maintaining dynamic and interactive dashboards using Jira and Kibana for sharing test execution reports with all involved parties is also a key responsibility. Participation in Leads meetings to provide QA oversight and status updates to stakeholders is essential to ensure project milestones are met and QA activities are handled according to project standards. The candidate will monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, report issues to managers and product developers, and manage builds using CICD pipeline tools like Jenkins and BitBucket, which includes configuring, triggering, and scheduling on multiple pipelines across different environments. Finally, the role requires organizing test data to distribute across different environments and flags.
