This role is to join the Sales Automation project team, assisting in the implementation of the Salesforce Conga CPQ / CLM solution. This role will be embedded within the implementation team.
Responsibilities
Actively participate and drive the implementation of Salesforce Conga CPQ / CLM software thru analysis and design activities
Collaborate with the implementation partner to assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce Conga to meet business needs, including but not limited to building workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects
Become an expert on best practices and our business systems, including creating workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with various internal teams like architecture, infrastructure operations, cyber security, and others to implement architectures that encompass broad perspectives and requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of solutions to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on Salesforce configuration and development best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with Salesforce and Conga CPQ / CLM configurations and integrations
Work in an Agile team environment to iteratively deliver value.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Computer Science
2+ years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ / CLM (or a similar product) demonstrating implementation, design and architecture understanding
In-depth understanding of Salesforce Conga CPQ / CLM (or a similar product) capabilities, best practices, limitations, and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders
Strong programming skills in SQL and additional languages such as Java and Python.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
