In this role, you will develop inventive solutions to manage challenges within an extensive distributed system. You will work closely with Persistent Disk teams, partners and customers to constantly enhance the PD data path, improve customer experience, and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with peers (Software Engineers, SRE, Product Managers) and partners to establish a technology and product goal.
- Conduct regular project planning and resource allocation to enable the track to meet both short and long-term objectives.
- Drive execution across teams with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
- Enhance infrastructure to support the AI/ML-driven machine composition in the new cells being built in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with system-level multi-threaded software.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with C++.
- Experience with Storage Migration and Systems.
