Software Engineer, Senior (NJUS)

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of software thru analysis and design activities for new business features or value-based enhancements to existing software.
• Collaborate with various internal teams like architecture, infrastructure operations, cyber security, and others to implement architectures that encompass broad perspectives and requirements.
• Automate build, test, and deploy code and build pipelines.
• Build testing automation and associated processes (Unit test coverage, testing automation, pipeline automation, code scanning, etc.) into the software product.
• Work in a agile team environment to iteratively delivery value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Previous work experience as Software engineer of 4-6 years' experience is required.
• Must have demonstrated ability and experience to work independently, leading and/or mentoring junior technical professionals.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Typescript, JavaScript, Node.js.
• Experience building Cloud Native application and Microservices using AWS (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
• Experience developing Infrastructure as Code using CDK and Serverless.
• Experience developing Single Page Architecture (SPA) using React and Node.JS or Typescript, React-Router, Redux, AppSync-GraphQL a plus.
• Tools: Git, Jenkins.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies.
