About the position
Pageport, Inc. is launching a new product called Slant, an AI-powered CRM designed specifically for financial advisors. Our mission is to help 20 million Americans make better financial decisions by increasing the capacity of financial advisors by 50-100%. We believe that AI is the most transformative technology of our lifetimes and that every legacy software product will be reimagined over the next five years with deeply integrated, vertical-specific AI replacements. CRM, being the most widely adopted software globally, is also the most disliked due to its complexity and inefficiency. We are committed to rebuilding and rethinking CRM from the ground up, focusing on simplifying user experience and enhancing functionality. We are looking for engineers who can empathize with customers and are driven to create the best possible product to solve their problems. Our engineering culture emphasizes rapid code deployment, the use of AI tools, and a high standard for both code and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end, from conception to deployment.
- Break down projects into manageable tickets or create large pull requests as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and solve core product problems.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, English, or a related field demonstrating a passion for product and engineering.
- 0-2 years of full-stack experience; candidates must be able to work on both backend and frontend.
- Demonstrated potential for rapid growth and development in engineering skills.
- Familiarity with Rails and React is a plus, but not required; inspiration from other frameworks and languages is welcomed.
- Willingness to work hard, in-person, five days a week at the office in Lehi, Utah.
