We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through meticulous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and TPMs, to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards
  • Develop automated testing tools and frameworks with focus on Python scripting
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and debugging and log analysis
  • Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness by identifying areas for automation and optimization
  • Identify and track defects for the assigned testing scope
  • Plan test schedule, devices, and tools, ensure proper test scope is covered

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related Engineering or Science degree
  • 2-5 years of working experience in QA handset/mobile testing or related telecommunications field is preferred
  • Solid understanding of product quality management and development lifecycles
  • Previous experience with TS.43 architecture and HTTP/TCP/SIP protocols
  • Good communication (written and verbal), organizational and time management skills
  • Goal oriented, possess a sense of urgency and capable to work under pressure and also work independently with limited supervision
  • Hands on experience with IMS provisioning and entitlement and AOSP telephony features like UICC, APNs, VoLTE/VoNR Call, RCS Messaging and Visual VoiceMail

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in data analytics is a plus
