Responsibilities

  • Support product and development teams by learning how to align on product goals and user needs.
  • Participate in feature planning and story grooming sessions to understand testability and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in identifying basic quality issues and contribute to discussions on process improvements.
  • Help create and review test cases and test plans under supervision.
  • Conduct exploratory testing across supported environments and devices.
  • Participate in release activities, including manual testing and quality checks.
  • Assist in documenting production issues and contributing to root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Support the maintenance of quality scorecards, reports, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in software testing, QA, or related internships.
  • Foundational understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies through coursework, internships, or project work.
  • Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback in a team-oriented environment.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of software testing methodologies.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.
