About the position

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to support and enhance products within the Brightree Product Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Write and execute complex SQL queries across multiple systems to extract, transform, and analyze data in support of product development and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data deliverables, including dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support Agile Development processes by contributing data-driven insights during sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines and database schemas that consolidate disparate sources to enable standardized views of portfolio health, performance, and adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support metrics development and reporting that drive internal and external solution adoption.
  • Participate in post-deployment analyses and root cause investigations, leveraging data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as SQL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, particularly Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Experience in database designing, data mining, algorithm analysis, data querying, and data visualization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a product operations or product management role.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with client-facing roles and excellent communication skills.
