Responsibilities

  • Support the agenda to improve the rate at which we are able to improve our ML model capabilities in order to stop Transaction Fraud before it impacts our customers.
  • Own horizontal stakeholder management across our Data Science and Enterprise Platform teams to help our Engineering teams research, build, and deploy models as well as new modeling capabilities.
  • Manage the Claims System of Record (CSOR) and Fraud Reporting Service (FRS), core data products associated with the resolution of credit card Fraud and Dispute claims.
  • Partner closely with the Business Analyst team that utilizes CSOR data and the Tech teams that create and consume this data.
  • Play a strong role in data strategy, as well as managing the technical infrastructure for taking in, storing, and making available that data.
  • Build capabilities in the Delivery Module of platform version 2.0 to optimize the transfer of data between our platform and suppliers.
  • Manage day to day operations of 1 tech team, and partner with Tech and Platform Product to align on capabilities that solve the needs of all tenants of the platform.
  • Engage with our Servicing Strategy Business Analysts to identify areas of opportunity to reduce cost, risk or manual processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
