The Senior Broadband Fiber Product Manager is a broadband visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and professional relationship builder. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving innovation and market leadership in T-Mobile’s rapidly growing home and enterprise broadband fiber business. The Broadband Fiber Product Manager is a key contributor to the roadmap and execution of fiber-broadband products (e.g., ONTs, FTTx CPEs) and services. You’ll bridge across engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver scalable, competitive broadband solutions that delight both residential and business customers. This means identifying the intersection of customer problems/unmet needs (an opportunity), technical feasibility and business economics to deliver customer value. Candidates should be familiar with fiber network projects, network economics, optical network technologies and working with fiber equipment providers. The ideal candidate will also have experience with the application of AI and home automation in the broadband industry. The Senior Broadband Product Manager is a focal point for the organization, responsible for coordinating T-Mobile cross functional teams and fiber industry partners to drive broadband growth. The Senior Product Manager must have excellent communication skills and experience working across technology, sourcing, and commercial marketing teams. The Senior Product Manager’s day to day activities/responsibilities will include gathering product requirements from internal stakeholders and fiber business partners, publishing a technology and service road map, defining long-term opportunities for technology and service integration, maintaining relationships with equipment manufacturers and business partners, and helping to drive scope for device sourcing and service partnerships.
