About the position

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of digital marketing efforts for the Work Group brands through paid media; collaborates with Ecommerce team to ensure alignment across digital channels; drives results and support brand goals through digital means.

Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive paid media campaigns across multiple paid media platforms to support brand and product launches
  • Collaborate with eCommerce teams to align on calendar and messaging, ensuring seamless integration across digital marketing efforts
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Apply consumer insights and understanding to paid media strategies, audience segments, and creative development
  • Work with content, design, and development teams to create engaging ad creatives
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Stay updated on trends and changes in paid media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Explore emerging paid media channels and technologies to identify new growth opportunities
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of footwear and/or digital marketing experience and social media savvy
  • Strong appreciation for consumer insights
  • MS Outlook, Excel, Windows, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong project management, time management, and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects
