  • Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the CR Management System to support day-to-day CR functions and integrate CR into business operations.
  • Facilitate quarterly internal risk management processes designed to identify emerging developments and potential business impacts.
  • Support additional CR sustainability initiatives including climate planning and energy/renewable energy.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working in or with multinational corporations, preferably in semiconductor or technology sectors.
  • Direct experience in product environmental and energy efficiency regulations and standards, circular economy, and corporate responsibility/sustainability operations.
  • Excellent skills in written/verbal communication, time management, quantitative/analytical and process documentation.
  • Preferred familiarity in engineering, chemistry or related technical fields.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in parallel in a dynamic environment.
  • Influencer willing to drive progress and accountability on long-term, cross functional projects.
