Our dynamic team of Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and BI Engineers is looking for a Technical Program Manager who can drive complex technical programs and shape the future of sales enablement. Working closely with our sister organization AFX (CRM systems), you'll lead the charge in software development, AI initiatives, and cross-organizational collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Owns large, complex technical programs (Skills Management, Atrium, Slack integrations, AI Agents)
  • Manages lifecycle of complex cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Drives timely decisions and unblocks teams to increase speed of delivery
  • Creates predictable process paths and streamlines excess processes
  • Understands system limitations, scaling factors, and architectural decisions
  • Reviews and influences technical design decisions
  • Partners with engineering teams to determine project priorities
  • Ensures architecture scales to match business needs
  • Drives crisp decisions about project priorities
  • Communicates effectively with Directors and VPs
  • Drives effective decision-making through clear communication, data-driven insights, and skillful navigation of technical trade-offs while building strong stakeholder relationships and mentoring others.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
