Responsibilities

  • Help build the world's leading consumer education business.
  • Grow ClassDojo to major milestones while deepening love for the brand.
  • Uncover unique user insights and identify critical product improvements.
  • Shape the company’s strategic direction as a senior leader on a high-performing, cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in a data science role.
  • Experience working in consumer tech.
  • Ability to write structured and efficient SQL queries on large data sets.
  • Experience designing AB/multivariate tests and drawing actionable conclusions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Expert knowledge within growth, particularly of consumer products.
  • Experience within fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate thinking clearly, verbally and in writing.
  • Strong product-focused strategic thinker, able to identify and refine product problems to solve.
