As a staff product designer on the Loyalty & CRM team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of the consumer experience by helping customers save more and build loyalty with their favorite merchants in-store, online, and across DoorDash. This role takes a customer-first approach to providing best-in-class experiences while ensuring Merchants can operate a low friction, positive ROI business that deepens their relationships with their customers over time. You will work with a diverse team of product managers, developers, researchers, content strategists and more across the Consumer and Merchant organizations to deliver great results. We are still in an early stage, which means you'll have opportunities to shape our culture and process from the ground up, and work on big, meaningful design problems. Your success requires being able to navigate low- and high-altitude work simultaneously, balancing short-term tactical experiments with longer-term strategic bets that will deliver transformational change for this product space.
