Staff Software Development Engineer

About the position

Engineering technical leader who has demonstrated solid problem-solving skills and has led a team of developers. The position will require collaboration with Business Analysts, QA Leads, and off-shore resources.

Requirements

• At least twelve years of experience with five years performing as a Technical Lead.
• Proficient in ACE, DB2, and NSQL DB.
• Ability to work with business resources to understand requirements.
• Ability to find use cases within the application to leverage AI.

Nice-to-haves

• At least fifteen years of experience with at least seven years performing as a Technical Lead.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Familiarity with usage of AI software.
• Experience with ACE, DB2, Java, Springboot Microservices, NSQL (MongoDB).
• Ability to function in the role of a Business Analyst when required.
• Three or more years in a Healthcare application.
