About the position
Under the supervision of the Manager or Supervisor, this role supports the daily operations of the sponsoring business unit / department by performing a variety of administrative, operational and project-based tasks. This position allows college students to gain hands-on, meaningful work experience in a professional business environment, develop workplace skills and prepare them for future professional roles.
Responsibilities
- Support creative marketing team
- Help develop and execute integrated marketing programs to support various lines of business
- Perform project management duties
- Coordinate various campaign and sales programs to support frontline and digital channels
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience designing creative assets for web, social media, email, and print
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to brainstorm and contribute original ideas for campaigns or visual storytelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Portfolio of creative work
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects, Adobe Express, or Premiere
- Marketing experience preferred
