Summer Internship - Downstream Marketing (Onsite)

About the position

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. You will work on various cross-functional projects, including creating a PVD Portfolio overview presentation, optimizing marketing collateral, renewing critical collateral, and managing conference symposia invitations. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the medical device industry, contribute your ideas, and present findings to senior management. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a university, have a keen interest in marketing, and possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside marketing professionals on various cross-functional projects, e.g., product launches or promotions, sales training, advertising campaigns etc.
• Learn how we develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
• Gain valuable insights into the medical device industry.
• Contribute your own ideas to the team.
• Present your findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Network with colleagues from different departments and countries.
• Take part in social events and activities to get to know your fellow interns and colleagues.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university which can provide an internship agreement (Preferably Business Administration / Economics)
• Keen interest in marketing
• Enthusiasm, creativity and motivation
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel abroad for short periods of time (<1 month) if required
