About the position

Bring your passion for health and wellness to dsm-firmenich! We're seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to join our Health, Nutrition & Care team. As Technical Business Development and Marketing Sr Manager, you'll drive the commercialization of gut health innovations and lead strategic growth initiatives in the dietary supplement segment. This role is pivotal in maintaining our leadership in biotics and shaping the future of gut health solutions. You will execute the regional ambition and strategy for the dietary supplement segment with a special focus on gut health, master the value proposition of the DS solutions portfolio-especially the biotics platform and ingredients targeting gut health and immunity-and support the commercialization of gut health innovations to maintain regional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional strategy for the dietary supplement segment, with a focus on gut health.
  • Drive go-to-market plans targeting supplement brands and CDMOs, aligned with global initiatives.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the biotics platform, leveraging value propositions to unlock growth.
  • Analyze market trends and unmet needs to shape innovation strategy and identify competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, regulatory, science, and communications teams to support commercialization.
  • Lead launch planning and execution for new gut health solutions, ensuring rapid market adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing or business development experience in healthcare or nutrition industries.
  • Expertise in gut health and biotics platforms, with strong technical and strategic acumen.
  • Proven success in developing and executing product marketing strategies and innovation plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives including regulatory, science, and legal collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically, with occasional international travel.
