The Aladdin Sustainability Business is looking to hire a highly motivated and proactive individual with a proven track record of independently driving strategic projects (focused on commercial strategy, sales acceleration, GTM, etc.) to successful completion and delivering results. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in challenging market conditions and in a cross-functional role, with the ability to partner with various stakeholder groups, (e.g., sales, COO, product, engineering, legal, etc.) to successfully complete complex strategic initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to help us capture the commercial opportunity in Sustainability. The individual will be expected to closely partner with sales teams (across Aladdin and BlackRock) to identify and progress prospects across the pipeline towards achieving sales targets. This will include leading early-stage demos and client conversations, supporting contract negotiations, and co-managing the pipeline with sales teams. They will be the point person for Sustainability focused pre-sales engagements bringing in the relevant SMEs from the Aladdin Sustainability team, as required. We are looking for leaders who can demonstrate ownership and proactivity in delivering on their responsibilities and desire to go beyond. For such individuals, the role provides opportunity to get involved on existing commercial partnerships as well as the potential to expand into other product areas beyond Sustainability, based on individual performance. You will join an established team within one of the world’s leading firms with expressed aim of driving sales growth through strategic commercial and GTM initiatives.
