About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, extensive experience in writing user stories, and a solid understanding of technical platforms and frameworks. The role requires managing multiple platform initiatives, working with diverse development teams, and continuously learning new tools and technologies to support delivery and execution. The candidate should also have the ability to read C# code, prior experience in the .NET framework, API development, SQL Server, and using Postman.

Responsibilities

  • Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps applications.
  • Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
  • Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execution.
  • Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features.
  • Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Read and understand C# code, and leverage prior experience with the .NET framework, API development, SQL Server, and Postman to drive technical platform initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills using Office 365 tools such as Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience in creating technical and end-user documentation.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources.
  • Ability to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Solid understanding and experience with the .NET framework, API development, SQL Server, and using Postman for testing APIs.
