UI/UX Designer IV

About the position

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help support Identity and Onboarding team. This person will work on various initiatives across our space - account creation and sign in, new seller registration, identity verification experiences for different account types and regions.

Responsibilities

• Practice and promote user-centric thinking on your design work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, researchers, and content designers.
• Design for the full cycle of the product development process - ideation, user scenarios, journey map, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs and prototypes.
• Execute designs for global expansions accounting for regional nuances, and adopt the design across platforms (native mobile, native tablet, responsive web).
• Collaborate with design system team to enhance and modernize the experience.
• Closely collaborate with UXR team to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience and usability of our products.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a go-beyond attitude who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
• Have an online portfolio that shows a broad range of user experience design works from web/mobile based applications for consumer products.
• An excellent storyteller and communicator.
• Self-aware and humble team player who is a great partner to work with for cross-functional teams.
• Efficient with design systems, information architecture, design patterns and interaction design.
• Proficient in design and wire-framing software such as Figma and/or Sketch.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in Figma prototyping.
• Experience with agency in task-based environments.
• Great UI skills.
• Quick on their feet with change.
• Storytelling ability to create and explain a concept.
• Experience with Google Slides for presentations.
• Need to have responsive web and Native experience.
