About the position

As a UI/UX Designer II, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for digital products and experiences. This role includes conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with business goals and technical constraints. You will play a crucial role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
  • Translate research findings into user personas, journey maps, and actionable design solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Maintain consistency in visual and interaction design by adhering to established style guides and contributing to the design system.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve designs and enhance the user experience.
  • Using data-driven design methodologies and creation of A/B test scenarios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design practices.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer credential or the willingness to obtain is preferred.
