The UI/UX Designer will assist in and create intuitive, high quality and seamless customer experiences for a variety of internal and externally facing applications by optimizing the functional experience and designing a polished and distinctive branded experience for products and applications. Makes user experience and design recommendations to management for multiple digital products, leveraging data and user research. Applies user-centered design principles and techniques to partner with software delivery teams to inform and improve solution design. Responsible for keeping up to date with modern design trends as it relates to the organizations' strategies. Interacts with Product Owners, developers, BA and QA professionals on the delivery team(s) to develop a shared understanding of business and user goals. This position will be with National Indemnity Company and located in Omaha, NE. This is a hybrid work environment and requires 50% in-office per week.
