About the position
As a UI/UX Designer at CXAPP you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products and applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, from wireframing and prototyping to visual design and responsive layout. Your work will have a direct impact on our products and the satisfaction of our users.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test interface designs, ensuring usability and functionality.
- Develop visually appealing and on-brand user interfaces, selecting color schemes, typography, icons, and imagery that enhance the user experience.
- Design interfaces that adapt seamlessly to various device sizes and screen resolutions, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience.
- Apply design thinking principles to empathize with users, define problems, ideate solutions, prototype designs, and gather feedback iteratively.
- Create user flows and journey maps to visualize how users interact with our products and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that UI/UX designs are consistent and functional across different platforms, including web and mobile.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to align design with business goals and technical constraints.
- Utilize A/B testing and data analytics to assess the impact of design changes and refine interfaces based on user behavior and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong visual design skills, including knowledge of color theory and typography.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
- Ability to create user flows and journey maps.
- Experience with cross-platform design for web and mobile.
