About the position
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance our product experience. This role combines user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design to create experiences that delight users and drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into elegant design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI style guides, and brand consistency across platforms.
- Present and communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and development teams.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or similar roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design work across platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates into development is a plus.
