Responsibilities
- Hands on development on building n-tier applications using Microservices, Java/J2EE and related technologies.
- Adopt and envision new age of technology solutions using Agentic AI and related technologies.
- Drive innovations and challenge the status quo of software engineering.
- Leads and participates in medium- to large-scale projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare requested information and obtain cross-function approvals.
- Leads the work of other small group of engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned engineering projects.
- Identify short- and long-term solutions and timelines, review and provide feedback for proposed solutions.
- Perform design and code reviews of changes.
- Analyzing business requirements, storyboards and similar artifacts of the scrum process.
- Work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive forward results commitment to team success and positive team dynamics.
- Passion for growing and applying technical skills in service to customers.
Requirements
- Good Experience designing and implementing REST API web services using Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing solutions with GenAI/Agentic AI and Machine learning technologies.
- Good Experience in UI technologies like React Web, React Native, React JS.
- Experience of strong backend development with Node.js, Java/J2EE, Spring, SQL, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML.
- Good Experience with development tools such as Git, Maven, and Splunk.
- Experience in organization running fully automated, end-to-end CI/CD processes.
- Experience in deploying applications on the cloud.
- Good DB experience including Relational Databases, NoSQL etc.
- Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting using JUnit tests.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences.
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
