About the position

The Vice President, Global Product Pillar Leader, Marketing Solutions Identity is responsible for driving the growth of TransUnion’s Marketing Solutions business by driving product innovation, with a deep focus on creating and executing a global Measurement strategy. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Marketing Solutions, this role will be global in scope. They will own the global strategy, vision, and implementation for TransUnion’s core Identity products (e.g., Identity Resolution, Graph Extracts, etc.), delivery applications and models, and be responsible for prioritizing requirements that serve all relevant industry verticals and international regions. They will also be directly responsible for tying the international Identity and data acquisition strategy into existing capabilities and dependencies across the Marketing Solutions’ suite. They will work closely with the Global Technology leadership, Business Operations, and our Regional and Vertical Strategy teams to define and execute an overarching strategy. They will partner with other teams within Marketing Solutions and other Solutions lines to incorporate dependencies across Marketing Solutions’ overarching product suite, and partner with our Sales and Marketing teams in driving the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and execute the three-year product roadmap plan for Identity pillar.
  • Gather market intelligence on macro-economic and industry trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory changes and hurdles, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine our product roadmap.
  • Develop product concepts that leverage internal and external customer feedback and market insights.
  • Define global products with consideration of how to localize into regional markets.
  • Identify partnership needs and vendors to deliver on additional partnerships, integrations or data needs.
  • Ensure successful roll-out of new products to Market & Sales teams, supports the development and delivery of comprehensive product training.
  • Prioritize data investments and product development roadmap after considering the input and opportunities presented by the various TransUnion vertical leaders and sales teams.
  • Drive localization needs based on Global product plan and own any local products alignment.
  • Track the product lifecycle and manage retirement and migration with the regional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities in any part of the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 15+ year experienced practitioner in a marketing or advertising technology or related role with a track record of delivering value; preferably with some experience within a Global role.
  • 15+ years of progressively more responsible experience in product management and innovation.
  • Strong background in risk management.
  • Executive Management and leadership experience in successfully building and growing global teams.
  • Track record of building and executing ground up strategies to deliver on major organizational initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline.
  • MBA or other Master’s degree highly desired.

  • Experience working and understanding Marketing Global landscape for Privacy, Compliance, and Data regulations.
  • Strong track record of managing product strategists and leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud partner capabilities, partnerships, and management across teams.
  • Experience developing and delivering product roadmaps for business prioritization; develops business cases and advocates for investment as needed.
