About the position

Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, survey solutions, scheduling & labour management, and time & attendance built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environments. We support hotels, restaurants, casinos, and more with our innovative web-based and mobile software suite. Some of the chains we work with include Hilton, Rosewood, Shangri La, Accor, IHG, Hoxton, Corinthia, Oetker Collection etc. We are a small but growing team, and you'll have opportunities to express yourself and make meaningful contributions to our products and the company. The head of marketing will play a critical leadership role in brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, and communications, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes aligned to business goals. This role will be pivotal in scaling our presence in existing and new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with Unifocus’ growth and revenue goals.
  • Develop and lead the go-to-market (GTM) approach for product launches, strategic partnerships, and customer campaigns.
  • Own brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team, including demand generation, content, digital, product marketing, and events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and HR to ensure unified customer and brand experiences.
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing-qualified leads with revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and conversion through inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Oversee the use of marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), and analytics to measure campaign performance.
  • Optimize ROI on marketing spend, with a focus on CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target personas.
  • Partner with Product Management to support roadmap communications, user adoption, and customer advocacy.
  • Lead customer reference programs, case studies, testimonials, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Serve as the brand steward, ensuring strong identity, awareness, and thought leadership in core and emerging markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Background in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within HR tech, workforce management, or enterprise software.
  • Executive presence and strategic mindset with strong analytical and operational execution.
  • Hands-on expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and brand building.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience reporting to C-level executives and boards.
