About the position

As Vice President of Solutions Marketing, you will drive product marketing for Intapp's AI-powered software portfolio serving elite private equity, banking, law and advisory firms. You'll lead a team of product marketing managers to create go-to-market strategies and messaging that accelerate revenue across our multiple AI-powered solutions. Your team is responsible for the complete product marketing lifecycle-from competitive positioning and messaging through launch execution and sales enablement-for software that powers billion-dollar decisions and critical risk management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a high-performing product marketing team while driving revenue growth and market expansion across our DealCloud, Compliance, Time, and Collaboration solutions
  • Develop go-to-market strategies including market segmentation, product packaging, and competitive positioning that accelerate pipeline generation and customer retention in an AI-driven market landscape
  • Create differentiated messaging and value propositions for enterprise stakeholders, from dealmakers managing billion-dollar transactions to compliance officers navigating regulatory environments
  • Conduct market research and customer intelligence to identify market opportunities, validate product-market fit, inform product roadmap decisions, AI strategy and strategic positioning
  • Orchestrate cross-functional product launches across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable campaign performance with demand generation, PR, and marketing teams
  • Drive sales enablement excellence through comprehensive programs including sales plays, pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling frameworks that increase win rates in complex enterprise sales cycles

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing or related experience in B2B SaaS or AI with at least 5 years leading teams
  • Proven success co-creating go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled solutions with measurable revenue impact
  • Data-driven decision-making experience with market research, competitive analysis, and performance measurement capabilities
  • Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills with experience partnering effectively with product, marketing, sales leadership, and executive teams
  • Experience in Financial Services (Private Equity, Investment Banking) or Professional Services (Legal, Accounting, Consulting) markets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
