As the Vice President of Marketing at Foodsmart, you will lead and grow a high-performing, mission-driven marketing team responsible for driving the reach, engagement, and impact of Foodsmart’s offerings. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will own the full marketing function—including both member and B2B marketing—and serve as a key partner in achieving company growth, deepening mission impact, and strengthening our brand in the marketplace. Your primary focus will be on member/consumer marketing, with a mandate to maximize the number of eligible members we reach, drive strong member activation and retention, and optimize customer lifetime value (LTV) while minimizing acquisition cost (CAC). You will lead the development and execution of integrated, data-driven campaigns that leverage eligibility files and first-party member data across channels such as email, SMS, outbound calling, digital media, and grassroots/local activations. In addition, you will oversee and strengthen Foodsmart’s corporate and B2B marketing strategy—building visibility and thought leadership with current and prospective clients, elevating our brand in key industry segments, and supporting B2B growth efforts through targeted campaigns, content marketing, executive visibility, and event strategy.
