About the position

As VP of Marketing, you will lead and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that directly impacts revenue growth and business success. Your key responsibilities include driving business growth, overseeing brand positioning and demand generation, and utilizing data-driven strategies to optimize marketing ROI. You will manage marketing budgets, stay ahead of industry trends, and build a high-performing marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with product updates and overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term success.
  • Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Use performance analytics to track KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, brand impact) and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Align marketing efforts with company objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams.
  • Oversee content marketing, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, events, and social media engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimizing spending strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and shifts in consumer behavior and leverage AI to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and growth team.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with product updates and overall brand strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing.
  • Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Experience in scaling and leading high-performing marketing teams, managing content, demand generation, and brand functions.
  • Results-driven and analytical, using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Proven track record of exponentially increasing inbound leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in improving website traffic and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Experience in enhancing digital conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
  • Strong ABM and multi-channel expertise, including SEO, content marketing, paid ads, email, events, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams (sales, marketing, product, leadership).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
