The Vice President of Marketing plays a critical role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, and creating strategic opportunities for the company to achieve its objectives. The Vice President is a key driver of business growth, brand awareness and market expansion. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads and customer acquisition while enhancing Bluesight’s brand positioning and revenue growth. The Vice President collaborates closely with product teams and oversees content and campaign execution to ensure alignment with company objectives and market opportunities, aligning creative vision with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own Demand Generation & Campaign Development to Drive Leads
  • Create and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that generate leads, improve customer acquisition, and drive revenue.
  • Partner with product marketing for content creation, ensuring alignment with Bluesight’s brand voice and strategic goals
  • Find creative ways to drive brand awareness and get the attention of our potential buyers (Chief Pharmacy Officer, Vice President of Pharmacy, Chief Privacy Officer)
  • Define and refine Bluesight’s brand voice, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Identify targeted opportunities for Bluesight to participate in industry events, awards, and conferences
  • Coordinate press releases or official announcements to enhance brand visibility
  • Lead your team to successfully execute industry demand generation campaigns that position Bluesight as the leading solution in US Hospitals for operational efficiency, cost savings and enhanced compliance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5, providing strategic direction, professional development, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and partners to enhance Bluesight's presence in external markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify shifts in industry trends, competitor moves, and customer demands.
  • Continually refine marketing strategies to remain competitive and relevant.
  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to develop effective campaigns that target specific customer segments and support the sales team in meeting revenue targets by helping to fill the sales funnel.
  • Serve as liaison between Bluesight product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely asset creation.
  • Collaborate with product teams to implement customer feedback and initiate feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product team to align product naming, feature releases, and overall brand identity.
  • Define key marketing KPIs (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates) and track progress, adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Regularly report on campaign ROI and brand awareness metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 10+ Years of experience in marketing or demand generation in a SaaS company
  • Proven history of building brand strategies and executing integrated campaigns in a fast-paced SaaS environment that drive robust pipeline
  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, PE backed company
  • Understanding of marketing attribution across channels
